Rick Foster and his partner, Greg Hicks, have spent the last decade studying people and communities that thrive. Their extensive research has taken them from the boardrooms of Manhattan to small medical centers in Budapest.

Their goal? To find the happiest people in the world and figure out why they’re so happy. More importantly, the researchers also wanted to see what they could learn about why some people are able to go with the flow while others constantly struggle to achieve a peace of mind.

Research into their findings is currently underway with, among others, the Mayo Clinic, Wake Forest University Medical Center and The American Heart Association. With a unique ability to convey life-changing skills, Foster is a sought after keynote speaker and trainer on leadership, team productivity, happiness and health.

Rick and Greg’s first book, the best-selling “How We Choose to Be Happy” was nominated as Best Motivational Book by the prestigious Books for a Better Life and was selected as one of the Book of the Month Club’s Best Books of the Year. Available in 10 languages, the book is being used by businesses, hospitals and universities around the world.
