We caught up with Jane at an event for her Open Hearts Foundation, which celebrates people across the country who are making a difference in their communities. At this event, she was awarding a donation to the charity Hugz From Bugz, which raises money for families affected by childhood cancer. We’ll tell the story of the inspirational family behind this organization, including its heart and soul, 12-year-old cancer survivor Haley, in an upcoming feature story.
In our sitdown conversation, Jane explains why she’s proud to embrace who she is and where she’s at in her life, and that means choosing to look and act her age, unlike many of her contemporaries in Hollywood. And this proud grandmother says being authentic makes you more attractive than any anti-aging product.
