There’s a common thread among investigative journalists in America: they value truth above all, and will stop at nothing to find it.

In the Bolder Movies spotlight, we take a look at the new film The Case for Christ, based on the real-life journey and best-selling book from Lee Strobel.

Strobel was working as a legal editor at the Chicago Tribune but as his personal life started to crumble. Strobel — an atheist — couldn’t come to terms with his new wife’s newfound religious faith. He launched an investigation to debunk the claims of Christianity but what he found changed his life.

The film stars Faye Dunaway, Erika Christensen, Mike Vogel and Robert Forster.
