ORLANDO (Nov. 12, 2020) — Growing Bolder, a unique lifestyle brand, and one of the world’s top producers and distributors of health and wellbeing content targeting the 50+ demographic, is pleased to announce its recent lease and renovation of a new 7,500 square-foot office space at 429 South Keller Road in Orlando. Represented by Mike Beale of Bishop Beale Duncan, Growing Bolder executives said the larger space was needed to accommodate the company’s recent staff expansion and anticipated rapid growth. Growing Bolder’s previous headquarters was in the Mills50 district.
“We feel incredibly lucky to have expanded our team during the pandemic, and with that growth, create a new corporate headquarters that better reflects our brand and meets our needs,” said Growing Bolder President Robert Thompson. “At the forefront of our new office design is the safety and wellbeing of our team members, but we are also excited to deliver a creative, collaborative environment that allows us all to excel.”
The look of the 7,500 square-foot space was designed by Growing Bolder’s Creative Director Ashley Heafy. She and her team created murals capturing the ethos of Growing Bolder.
“Bold, motivational graphics and photography of ‘Ordinary People Living Extraordinary Lives,’ whose stories we share every day, now fill our space,” Heafy said. “The images inspire us all while we carry out our mission to rebrand aging.”
Greeting all who enter is the word “DEFY,” which was the motto of Growing Bolder’s longtime friend, contributor and legendary journalist Wendy Chioji who passed away in 2019.
“Wendy embodied the Growing Bolder ethos,” said CEO and Founder Marc Middleton “She said, ‘Yes!’ to life every day. It was important to have a permanent reminder of her life and legacy as we continue our mission to inspire people of all ages to live with passion and purpose.”
In November, Growing Bolder entered into an agreement to lease an adjoining 3,500 square feet of office space, bringing their total office to more than 10,500 square feet. This space also will be remodeled to include a new studio, audio booths and collaborative spaces. The additional square footage was leased in anticipation of the company’s planned expansion in 2021.
