For as long as she can remember, going back to when she was a small child, Nina Streich has been mesmerized by movies. Her childhood passion became a teenage and later adult obsession.

Driven in equal parts by her desire to document everything and to fight injustice, Nina set out on a career journey that’s led her to work with everyone from Bruce Springsteen to Bill Clinton to Archbishop Desmond Tutu. 

When she was approached to help create an annual film festival, Nina knew exactly what she wanted to do. Find out why she’s urging others to think about what we’re for, rather than what we’re against.

In fact, when the Beatles and the Stones were moving up the charts, he was one of the guys they had to climb over. He had 27 songs that made top 30, like Sheila, Sweet Pea and Dizzy! Roe was a worldwide hit. In 1963 he did a tour of England, and you know who opened for him? Four lads from liverpool!
