Randy Bachman is one of most amazing guitarists ever. He’s written, performed and recorded some of the most beloved rock songs in history.

In his career, he’s earned 110 gold and platinum records and been in bands like The Guess Who and Bachman Turner Overdrive.

With songs like “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet” and “Taking Care of Business,” his songs are still fan favorites across the world.

He’s also had a front-row seat for some of the most memorable moments in rock history, and he’s sharing those stories in his new book, “Vinyl Tap Stories.”

The book is filled with the stories he’s been telling on his satellite radio show for years about his friends and fellow musicians like Elvis Presley, Jimmy Page and Brian Wilson. His friend, who is a historian and fellow musician, wrote down the stories that Randy has been telling on the show and turned them into what’s become a best-selling book in Canada and is now being released in the States.

Randy gives Growing Bolder fans a sneak peek at some of the stories, including one you’ve got to hear to believe involving a bold piano-playing pizza delivery man unexpectedly turning one of BTO’s first songs into a mega-hit.

As Randy approaches the age of 70, he’s still tearing it up on stage and still has the passion to rock. He says he’s very grateful to rockers like Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger who are proving that you can live teenage dreams forever.
