He is also a renowned leadership expert who specializes in building high-performance teams. He trains Fortune 100 executives, Super Bowl champions, covert ops teams for the U.S. government and Wharton MBA students.

Chris is the author of “High Altitude Leadership: What the World’s Most Forbidding Peaks Teach Us About Success.”

He also led the recent Survivor Summit that Growing Bolder’s Marc Middleton and Wendy Chioji were a part of, guiding 16 novice climbers, including four cancer survivors, to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the world’s highest freestanding mountain.

Chris explains what it is about mountaineering that best in some people and the worst in others.

Plus, find out how MBA students use what they learn on a mountain to later form high-performing teams in the workplace.
