84-Year-Old Proves It’s Never Too Late to Smash Stereotypes (and Pins)

Usually when you try something for the first time, it takes a while to warm up, and to perfect your craft.

Not for The Italian Grandma, as she’s known across the Internet. The 84-year-old Italian woman, according to her Facebook page, bowled a strike on her very first attempt!

Alberto Ascoli, an engineering student at the University of Naples Federico II, posted the video on YouTube and it’s taken off. We love the crowd’s reaction, and Grandma’s special bow to her fans after she watches all of the pins come crashing down.
