Chick Crumpacker fell in love with records at the age of 10 when he started to collect them. While his name is not a household name, it is forever entwined with the most famous performer of all time — Elvis Presley.

Elvis wasn’t his only success story. Chick worked in the record business for 57 during, arguably, the best 57-year period in music history. He just retired a few years ago, and he tells us about the fascinating restoration and preservation work he did during his final few years at the label.

If you’re a music lover, you can’t miss this interview about the fascinating history of the music industry and its transition to the 21st century from a man who was intimately involved with every aspect of the business.
