Carol Seagrave is one of the nation's top experts in creative planning for mid- and late-life years.

She's also an accomplished athlete. She has medaled at Senior Games in swimming events, she's a triathlete and an award-winning salsa dancer.

She told Growing Bolder that she did not become a competitive swimmer until she was 57.

She says healthy aging has been a passion of hers for more than 30 years.
