Nadine O'Connor is a track and field superstar.

She's the world record holder in the 60-65 age bracket in the 200m dash, the pole vault and the long jump.

She spoke to Growing Bolder from her home in California about the exploding field of Masters athletes and the joys of competing against other like-minded people.
