Ernest Borgnine is 91 and the the oldest Oscar winner alive, having won the 'Best Actor' award for 1955's Marty. He's also appears youthful and in pretty good shape. How does he do it? That's exactly what an interviewer on Fox and Friends asked. Borgnine says it's a secret and then leans into the inteviwer and whispers directly into his lapel microphone. His secret?  "I masturbate a lot." Hear for yourself.
