Description

What's the true definition of success -- is it money? Is it fame? Jim Carlton could have had lots of both. As a writer for Joan Rivers, the Smothers Brothers and a host of others, he had quite an exciting ride. But to Jim, there were other things in life that were just as important.

Bill, in his exuberance, stated that I had been published in 75 magazines.

Not so.  I've published 75+ articles in about a dozen magazines.

    Thanks,

    Jim Carlton

As I was saying before a cat sat on my keyboard - -

I met Jim and his wife Trisha at Bob Kealings's book launch for "Tupperware Unsealed."  He is funny, down to earth and charming.  Trisha is fun to talk to -- she and I talked mostly about books and writing.  She is a librarian and is thinking about writing more.  Wonder if she and Jim are going to collaborate on his book?

Hi Jim-great video-I heard you twice in Mt. Dora opening for Roger-you did well! I was wondering what kind of guitar you are playing-It's new to me and really sounds nice-I'v never been that good with a nyon string type but you seem to have it under control. My best-MF Foster
