There's only one person in the world who can coax some of the biggest stars to open up about their craft and lives.

James Lipton is the creator, executive producer and host of Bravo's "Inside the Actors Studio," which has been nominated for 13 Emmys and is seen in 125 countries around the world.

In his new book, "Inside Inside," he takes readers behind the scenes of a show that has featured the likes of Paul Newman, Harrison Ford and Angelina Jolie.

Lipton tells Growing Bolder that the show's mentoring environment allows the stars to let their guard down and feel safe enough to delve into some of the greatest (and worst) moments of their careers.

He also shares if any of the actors have ever genuinely surprised him and who he really wants to be on the show.
