Off season is here....YEA!!...Kinda

We all look forward to the off season so we can kick back, relax with friends and a cold beer. Now that its here I find myself restless and feeling like a slug.
I went for a run today, just a little 5k, working on heart rate training, an off-season favorite zzzzzz, and felt like I did nothing. Its amazing how little effort it takes to reach 135-145 bpm on your heart rate.
It is nice to eat "forbidden foods" and not feel guilty. I think I have a problem, im addictied to tomato and bazil wheat thins!!!! I can almost eat a whole box in one sitting. And if you add in a good glass (or 2) of red wine, oh my!! Somehow I have only put on 2 pounds since Geezer Jock?
Im now taking advantage of the extra time to re-build my bank account. Im flying my a$$ off. This month alone, im heading to:
Santiago Chile 3 times, London tonight, Paris, Vienna and San Diego. So much for Turkey day with the wife.
