I have a request of everyone out there...the name of this community is "Growing Bolder" so, how about all of you growing a little bolder and when/if you have something to say about me or something that I write in a blog, say it TO ME instead of to an executive at GB. If you have feelings about the things I wrote in my blog about ignorance and prejudice, please, share them with me. I want to hear your feedback. How can we possibly learn from each other if we don't communicate? How can we terminate ignorance if we don't share our ideas and grow bolder with each other's strengths?

So, please, tell ME what you are feeling/thinking. Talk to me people, just talk to me...
