I totally agree about the fitness and healthy lifestyle comments. You don't have to be in perfect shape either to enjoy the benefits of healthy eating habits and exercise.

I agree with you about meeting the Growing Bolder crew. It was so awesome. I had such a great time meeting Katy, Jackie, Bill, Marc, Jason, Jonathan and Pat. They were all so friendly, warm and welcoming.
You have a great point about fitness being a state of mind as well. I was overweight for most of my life, so when I actually lost weight and reshaped my body I felt so empowered. I realized that there were no limits to anything that I wanted to do.
Keep spreading the fitness message.
