Today is Saturday, February 2, 2008. There are 333 days left in the year and 276 days left until Election Day.

It's Groundhog Day! It was a bright day as the world's most famous weather-casting rodent emerged from Gobbler's Knob in Pennsylvania to make his annual forecast. Punxsutawney Phil, on the job since 1887, saw his shadow indicating 6 more weeks of winter weather. Phil's track record, though, isn't alot better than the local weather guy. Phil has only not seen his shadow -- and predicted an early spring -- 14 times in the more than 130 years.
