Every day, it seems as if new "celebrity chefs" and cooking shows are coming out of the woodwork. GB Guru Mark Rodriguez is old school. His family has been running restaurants since 1948, and along the way, Mark (pictured left, in the yellow hat) has spent a lot of time developing spicing and marinades instead of using fats and butters. He says foods prepared this way are better tasting and better for you. These days, his passion is finding small wine gems around the world.
