Hot Holiday Toys

Tickle me who? Cabbage patch what? Toy experts say this Christmas season, kids are going high-tech. Toy Wishes Magazine just released its "Hot Dozen" toy list, and it includes some items that really rock. And guess what? They're all under $100.

For instance - Guitar Hero 3. It's a chance for kids (and their parents and grandparents) to shred and show off their rock and roll skills. It's a video game built for different systems, and the player gets to become his or her favorite musician. And the songs are pretty sweet too; they include The Rolling Stones, Guns N' Roses and The Beastie Boys.

If guitars aren't your kids' thing - how about another way to show off their musical gifts? The Hanna Montana Singing Dolls and Pop Stage is based on the Disney Channel TV series. If you haven't watched it - your kids and grandkids certainly have. This toy is a singing doll.

There's also the American Idol Talent Challenge, which is a DVD game letting players compete just like contestants on the Fox show. You can almost hear Simon Cowell now.

From Barbie to Transformers, Nerf to the Rubik's cube, it seems there's something for everyone on this list … kids, from 1 to 99.

We'll post the list of toys at the bottom of the page. And we want to know - what's on your Christmas list? Use the comments section to share your requests for Santa.
