My nest is now empty.....they all have home of their own.   The have spread through out the State of Western Australia.  Our Daughter is living north in the Pilbara,  a mere 12 hour drive and eldest son is in the far south of the State, again, a 12 hour drive.     Makes for interesting vacation destinations.   My husband and I am now enjoying a total change in lifestyle.   I took leave for 12 months and we travelled around, exploring.  A most relaxing and invigorating time.  Then, all too soon I had to return to work and at the same time built a new home.    My husbands health is not good so,  I reduced my work hours to be with him and found more time for the extra luxuries in life.  

Formal learning was so long ago, however, my "life" learning is still  happening.    I was very lucky to have open-minded and forward thinking parents who gave us a very good start with "formal" education and as we matured thru to adulthood, encouraged us to be "adventurous" .   God bless them.

Together with my husband, I intend to enjoy and explore life to the full with humour, elegance and just a pinch of naughtiness.

Ah....I just like meeting people.....from all walks of life, just as long as they view and face the world/future with optimism.
